A graduate of Montréal University with a master’s in Regional Planning, Mr. Llavador has 30 years of architectural experience in Southern Europe, in Africa and in North and Central America. His initial specialization in city planning gradually expanded to include the resort and leisure industry, where he had developed mountain and seaside resorts. He served the Côte d’Azur in Southern France as an architect on for 15 years. There he became an expert on waterfront development while working on residential, commercial, industrial, hospital, hotel, marina and other projects. Mr. Llavador has designed resorts in Idaho, the Bahamas, the Dominican Republic and Central America.
