Huntsman Springs, Driggs, Idaho

Assignment – Marketing management, media, press promotion and publicity for Huntsman Springs, a magnificent family vacation community under the Teton Mountains of Idaho, just 45 minutes from Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Founded by philanthropist Jon Huntsman, Sr., the resort offers a range of amenities designed to thrill the outdoor-minded of all ages. In winter, downhill skiing, Nordic skiing and snowboarding are available at nearby Grand Targhee. Summer and fall offer golfers the opportunity to play on the world-class David McLay Kidd golf course, called “The Best of the Best” by Robb Report. Fly fishing in nearby rivers and seven lakes complement the wide variety of bird and animal wildlife seen in the community’s 500-acre wildlife refuge. Stunning mountain view lodge residences are available for vacation rental and purchase.

Castelas, France

Assignment – The client who had a bad start with his development retained Panorama to accomplish a complete leisure lifestyle development in the foothills of the Pyrenees Mountains, close to some of the most historic areas in France. In addition to the concept, land planning, preliminary architecture, engineering and costing, Panorama produced market and economic studies for all components in the project, including hotels, residential activities, hunting, shooting, fishing, equestrian, a corporate training center, corporate compounds, tennis and three golf courses. All business planning, financial planning, marketing plans and an operational planning were presented as was a financial presentation.

Wild West San Antonio

Assignment – One of the few assignments undertaken in the United States, the client was a famous entertainer who specialized in the Old West. The client wished to produce a substantial theme park based on the Western era focused around the 1800’s. Original research led to a complete and authenticated Western theme park complete live and interactive exhibits depicting events from the old west, as well as an authentic old western town, a movie set, a western themed hotel, and a large entertainment venue featuring western entertainment of the era, to cater to San Antonio’s large convention business.

Inwan Mortgage Corporation — Amman, Jordan

Assignment – Panorama was retained to consult to Inwan Mortgage Corporation — which was partially owned by the Social Security Administration for the country. At the time there was no formal independent mortgage corporation active in the Country of Jordan. The goal was to conduct the first feasibility study of its kind; to justify and prove feasible a western style mortgage company to serve the growth of Jordan. Panorama experts and attorneys accomplished a complete feasibility study and business plan for the venture.

Playa Secreta — El Salvador

Assignment – The Client owned an ideal property to develop on the Bay of Fonseca. Panorama was retained to conceive and prepare all work and financing for a new resort “city” that in its final form will contain over 2,000 hotel rooms, over 2,000 residences, and an outstanding golf course. In addition the developer wanted a marina village surrounded by two marinas, an equestrian center, a tennis village, and the creation of an 16th Century Spanish Colonial village to serve as a tourist attraction and a cruise ship dock. Every skill that Panorama has become known for was employed in the creation of this massive development.

Jijel — Algeria

Assignment – The client, an American Algerian corporation, retained Panorama to create and finance a new resort on the Mediterranean coast. The eventual development focused on the wonderful infrastructure of the local community, but created modern supporting amenities; a large Marina city with shopping and entertainment and two golf courses. The development has over 1,500 hotel rooms and 2,000 residences.

Golf Club — Morocco

Assignment – Panorama was approached to joint venture the completion of a development started almost 30 years ago. The golf courses were completed but there was not a hotel or residential component yet developed. Panorama created the entire plan and oversaw the entire completion of the resort and conference center.

Entertainment Based Hotel — Bahamas

Assignment – The client, an old friend of Panorama, retained the company to create a hotel which would house guests requiring long-term stays: actors and set workers who were working on an adjacent motion picture set. A complete long stay hotel was created, complete with a feeding and entertainment center for the cast and crew. The predictable periods of vacancy were filled in with regular tourism activity that would be attracted by the pristine beach, the movie set, and a future theme park and golf venue.

Government of Mexico — Cancun, Mexico — Ixtapa, Loreto and Los Cabos

Panorama has long been identified with Mexican tourism. It was involved as a consultant in the development to all major governmental efforts in Mexico (except Huatulco). In Cancun, Panorama established the first real estate office in the area, owned one of the first area hotels and developed resort property. In addition, Panorama has been a long time consultant to the government, and to most of the hotel community in the area.

Cape Verde Islands

Assignment – Partially for its own account Panorama produced a series of projects in concept form. One embellished the concept of developing an island in the harbor of Praia, the Capital City and the restoration of a public beach which was a blight on the city. The attractive outcome was to be a showplace of the city; featuring two hotels, a marina, a cruise ship dock, and a casino, together with residential and shopping venues.
