Typical terms for qualified buyers are 80-percent financing for 25 years at reasonable interest rates. IMC works with developers and also provides financing for IRC resorts. All developments cannot be approved for this program due to periodic constraints on capital availability.

Alan LaMons is the President of RSS and his staff have backgrounds in the US Marines, Special Operations, Law Enforcement, Fire, Emergency Responders and Security professions.
