Jijel — Algeria
Assignment: The client, an American Algerian Corporation, retained Panorama to create and finance a new resort on the Mediterranean coast. The eventual resulting development focused on the wonderful infrastructure of the local community, but created supporting amenities; a large Marina city with shopping and entertainment and two golf courses. The eventual development has over 1,500 hotel rooms and over 2,000 residences.
