Panorama was retained to consult to Inwan Mortgage Corporation — which was partially owned by the Social Security Administration for the country. At the time there was no formal independent mortgage corporation active in the country. The goal was to conduct the first feasibility study of its kind; to justify and prove feasible a western style mortgage company to serve the growth of Jordan. Panorama experts and attorneys accomplished a complete feasibility study and business plan for the venture.
