Entertainment Based Hotel — Bahamas
Assignment: The client, an old friend of Panorama, retained the company to create a hotel which would house a longer stay guest: actors and set workers who were working in a adjacent motion picture set. A complete long stay hotel was created, complete with a feeding and entertainment center for the cast and crew. The predictable periods of vacancy were filled in with normal tourism that would be attracted by the pristine beach, the movie set, and a future theme park and golf venue.
