Assignment: The client who had a bad start with his development retained Panorama International to accomplish a complete leisure lifestyle development in the foothills of the Pyrenees Mountains, and near some of the most historic areas in France. In addition to the concept, land planning, preliminary architecture, engineering and costing, Panorama produced market and economic studies for all components in the project, including hotels, residential activities, hunting and shooting, fishing, an equestrian area, a corporate training center, corporate compounds, tennis and three golf courses. All business planning, financial planning, marketing plans and an operational planning were presented as was a financial presentation.
